Not all attractions close over the winter months. Many stay open all year, whilst others are only closed during January and Early February. Here is a short selection of some of the attractions that you can enjoy on a Winter Break in the Lakes.

The National Park Visitor Centre, Brockhole

Open 10 am - 4 pm in winter Admission Free, although there is a charge to park.

Not so very long ago the National Park visitor centre closed at the end of October, opening only at Weekends during the run up to Christmas, so regular visitors may not realise that now it is open all year round, with plenty to keep visitors occupied.
