Information about buying and delivery

Jonathan Craig Guides uses Paypal. You can either pay for your guides using a Paypal account, or by credit or debit card. Paypal is used because it provides a secure transaction service. You can find out more about Paypal and the services it provides here.

Personalise with a message

Books published by Jonathan Craig guides may be personalised with a message. So if you are buying a short break as a present for a relative or friend, you could have a short message added to your book. Your message can be up to 150 characters long, including spaces, and will be placed on the inside title page of the book, below the main title. Please allow an extra 24 hours for this option. To take advantage of this option look out for the "personalise this book" button on the book information page.

Delivery

Deliver to Hotel - Allow up to 3 working days, weekends and holidays excepted.

Choose this option if you have booked rooms at Bridge House Hotel. Your books will be waiting for you on arrival. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to deliver your guides to the hotel.

Deliver to your home - Allow 3 - 6 working days

Choose this option if you want to plan your break before you set off, or have not booked any accommodation. We aim to dispatch your books within 24 hours of receipt of your order, (Weekends and Holiday days excepted). Please note that your books will be posted by Royal Mail registered post and will need to be signed for on delivery.
